B1) 50% of 1 rm Dead - 3 reps
control the weight down and EXPLODE up!
immediately after
B2) 20 box jumps
speed but insure full extension at the top!
rest 2min
4 rounds
C) 4 sets of 12 Knees to Elbows
A) started at 135 (5 reps), 225 (3), 275 (1 rep), 295 (1rm)
ReplyDeleteI tried to do 305 lbs but i couldnt... maybe i just needed more time to rest? i want to break that 300 mark!
B1) used 155 lbs
B2) did box jumps on the bench.
C) i love knees to elbows... it was almost like a kick up...
