Tech: Split Jerk

A) Build a 1 Rep Max Strict Press (no legs!)
 15 min

B.1) Push Press (legs!) 90% of strict press 1rm weight x3 reps
B.2) As many 20lb weighted Pullups as you can
rest 4min

4 rounds for weight/reps

C) 10 Thrusters (45lb bar only)
     20 Situps
3 Rounds for time

  1. A) It was a real struggle but I pressed 135 lbs. Dunno why it was so hard today?

    B1) 115, 115, 115, 115
    I should have increased the weight bc with the added legs i probably could have done 135...
    B2) 15, 10, 8, 6
    Did hammer grip pullups... for some reason i can pull myself up more times...

    C) 1 min 52 seconds
    I wasnt able to use the big bar so i used the small bar and added 25 a side... dunno how much that weighed lol...
