Tech: Over Head Squat 



A) As Many Rounds in 20 Min

3 x 135lb Back Squat
6 x Strict Pullup (no kip)
9 x Burpees
12 x Situps

  1. Wow this was an intense workout... 20 minutes of fucking drive! lol

    completed 9 rounds, 3 squats, 6 pullups, and 2 burpees...

    let me tell you, I was a pool of sweat after. The last few rounds were killer. The hardest part was the situps. non-anchored situps. All the way down, all the way up! AB RIPPER!

    To reward myself for the hard work I went for a nice tan =)

    PS: Dear Graham, Beat me if you can! I personally dont think you'll even come close
