Tech: Practice Overhead Squat with Dowell

A) For Time:
     6 Reps 205lb Deadlift
     20 Burpee Pullups
4 Rounds.



B) Tabata Situps - any style





2.1. What's a Tabata?







For twenty seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can - then rest 10 seconds.
Repeat this seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes total exercise.
The score is the least number of reps for any of the eight intervals.

C) 50 Back Extensions

  1. Tech: man it really hurts my shoulder being in active position? i need to see a physio about that...

    A) 11 min 23 secs.
    The pull up part of the burpee was the killing.. i was literally jumping so i didnt have to pull myself... oh man... 205 lbs felt pretty heavy too! yikes!

    B) I did butterfly sit ups touching the ground.
    i dont really know how this scoring works but here it is... 12, 11, 10, 10 10, 8, 8, 8... whatever that means

    C) definitely a pumped lower back after this bad boy
