Tech: i dunno what's wrong with me but i cant do it without weights. When i tried with just the bar I couldn't do it? I used the mini bar bc the other big one was in use... and put 35's a side to work on tech.
A) 2 km row took 8 min 11 seconds. The rolled off the row and did 45 push ups... not my greatest, but i was exhausted. chest didnt feel sore but shoulders were... I rowed slower but made sure that they were powerful! GRRRRRRRRRR!
yeah its hard to get used to without any weight... but once you understand the feeling you'll be able to do it. use a barbell and just throw 10s or something on to start so you have some resistance...
decent row time, still needs work. but you're short so we'll let it slide ;)
make sure pushups are narrow grip (shoulder width) and arms go beside your body and not out!
