Tech: Over Head Squat 

A1) 1km Row
A2) 50 stationary lunges with 45# plate overhead

2 rounds for Time 

100 situps for Time - fly feet and swinging arms allowed

  1. This was such a brutal workout! I dunno why? my legs are still sore from the outdoor workout...

    A) 17 min 32 seconds
    The hardest part was doing the first set of lunges. First row was 4 min flat, second was 4 min 26 secs.

    B) 5 min 37 seconds
    my abs hurt.... i had to do some major stretching after...

    Common zack, lets see how you do!

  2. unable to get to the gym today but i bet i would have done it around 35 mins. because fonger is fit asss. but i will be going tomorrow.

  3. This workout was intense. I liked it though.

    A) 18 mins 37 seconds
    Agreed that lunges were the most difficult. First row was 4 mins 13 seconds and second was 4 mins and 28 seconds or somthing. I did first set of lunges 30 , 20 then second set was 30, 10 , 10, 10.

    B) 6 mins 58 seconds
    My keg will be a six pack of stella if i do that often. and yes stretching after was stupidly painful. did it in 30, 30, 20, 20

    Not as good as fong but fong you better watch out cause Z man is gunnin for ya !

    I'm gonna doing 6C hopefully tomorrow... i may miss it because i got lots of stuff to do... but i dont doubt that you can lift lots!
