A) 18 mins 37 seconds Agreed that lunges were the most difficult. First row was 4 mins 13 seconds and second was 4 mins and 28 seconds or somthing. I did first set of lunges 30 , 20 then second set was 30, 10 , 10, 10.
B) 6 mins 58 seconds My keg will be a six pack of stella if i do that often. and yes stretching after was stupidly painful. did it in 30, 30, 20, 20
Not as good as fong but fong you better watch out cause Z man is gunnin for ya !
This was such a brutal workout! I dunno why? my legs are still sore from the outdoor workout...

my abs hurt.... i had to do some major stretching after...

unable to get to the gym today but i bet i would have done it around 35 mins. because fonger is fit asss. but i will be going tomorrow.
